Although Ryan Seacrest says he “can’t imagine life without ‘American Idol,”‘ he’s only signed through the end of this upcoming season. And while he says he’s in talks with NBC Universal, Seacrest reminds people that because of corporate changes that link E! with NBC, he’s now in the NBC family. A Fox exec says he hopes Seacrest stays with Idol “forever.”
