Demi Moore Hospitalized
Demi Moore was hospitalized Monday night, with sources telling TMZ the actress was suffering from substance abuse. Paramedics responded to a 911 and after assessing Moore’s condition, transported her from her home in Los Angeles to a local hospital. She has reportedly been moved to a facility to seek treatment for substance abuse, sources told TMZ. "Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health," a rep for the actress said. In November, Moore, 49, announced she was ending her marriage to Ashton Kutcher after six years amid reports Kutcher, 33, had engaged in multiple extramarital affairs. Moore has also reportedly dropped out of her upcoming movie, "Lovelace.”
