Nickelodeon
has ordered 21 11-minute episodes of “Fred: The Show,” a new comedy
series created by and starring Lucas Cruikshank. Cruikshank became an
internet sensation for his Fred Figglehorn videos. He later made a guest
appearance on Nickelodeon’s “iCarly” and headlined the network’s TV
movies “Fred: The Movie” and “Fred 2: Night of the Living Fred.” In
addition to “Fred: The Show,” Nickelodeon said it ordered a new pilot
called “Marvin,” which will also feature Cruikshank.
