The
ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan’s father is back in jail. Palm Beach
County jail records show 29-year-old Kate Major was held on several
charges including battery on an officer and resisting an officer with
violence. She was arrested early Sunday morning by Boca Raton police.
She was released around noon and ordered to complete a mental
health/drug evaluation and bring it back to the court in 48 hours. Major
is the ex-girlfriend of Michael Lohan, who pleaded no contest in
Florida late last year stemming from domestic violence charges. He was
ordered not to have any contact with Major. Major was arrested on a
battery charge last year at Los Angeles International Airport.
