Mel Gibson’s domestic violence case is heading to court in two works, according to a spokesperson from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. After a month of collecting evidence to support their case, the prosecutors will now be presenting their findings to members of the court, who will then decide whether to charge Gibson. The case stems from a January confrontation between Gibson and his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, when the actor allegedly assaulted her. However, there are also allegations that Grigorieva and a close acquaintance may be trying to extort money from Gibson.
