‘Lost’ Auction

The Dharma van Hurley drove on “Lost” sold for $47,500 at an auction in California. The show wrapped up its sixth and final season this year. Bidders from more than 50 countries competed to purchase various pieces of the show. “Lost” character Daniel’s journal with extensive handwritten notes went for $20,000, while the Swan Station computer sold for $16,000 and a “Pilot” script signed by series creators J.J. Abrams and Damon Lindelof fetched $15,000. The costume Jack died in on the series finale, a large section of Oceanic Flight 815 wreckage and Charlie’s “DS” ring each sold for $9,000. Hurley’s winning Mega Lotto Jackpot ticket went for $5,500 and Sawyer’s improvised reading glasses fetched $2,250.
