Sean Connery says he’s through with acting. The 80-year-old star told the Edinburgh Evening News, “I don’t think I’ll ever act again. I have so many wonderful memories but these days are over. I’m swimming every day and I’m even trying to get the golf swing working again – but that might take a little bit longer.” Connery is perhaps best known for playing James Bond in a string of 007 films in the 1960s, 70s and 80s. His last major live-action movie was in “The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen” in 2003.
