Auction Set For ‘Top Chef’ Restaurant

Maryland buildings housing a restaurant owned by former “Top Chef” competitor Timothy Dean are in foreclosure. The properties at 1717, 1719 and 1721 Eastern Avenue in Fells Point – which houses the Prime Steakhouse – will be sold at a September 16th foreclosure auction. Dean has already lost several restaurants to foreclosure amid legal and financial troubles. He also was the sixth contestant out of 17 to be booted from “Top Chef” earlier this year.
