The judge in the Jesse James/Janine Lindemulder custody battle ruled yesterday that Jesse can take daughter Sunny to live in Texas. Lindemulder had tried blocking the move so she could visit her. The judge ruled Jesse and Janine will have joint legal custody, but Jesse will have physical custody. The judge did allow Lindemulder to have physical custody of Sunny in California until school starts in Texas. Meanwhile, James also scored a partial victory yesterday in a civil lawsuit filed against him by a clothing line claiming he cut the company out of a clothing deal with Walmart. James was ordered to pay Fortune Fashions Industries $167,607.75, much less than the $6 million FFI had wanted.
