AT&T has reached an agreement with the company that owns AMC, IFC and We TV, keeping the channels on AT&T’s U-verse service. The new deal between AT&T and Rainbow Media prevents a lockout that could have kept the season premiere of AMC’s “Mad Men” from showing in 22 states on July 25th. The telecom giant had initially refused to renew their contract with Rainbow, claiming the network charged excessive fees.
