has updated its TV movie “Amanda Knox: Murder on Trial in Italy” to
reflect Knox’s release from an Italian prison Monday after four years.
Knox, a 24-year-old Washington State woman, was convicted of killing her
British roommate in Italy where both were students in 2007. She
appealed the conviction and won her freedom this week. An epilogue
regarding the latest development in the sensational case appeared when
the movie re-aired last night. The movie, starring “ Hayden Panettiere
as Knox, premiered last February.
