The family of an extra injured on the set of “Transformers 3” has filed a lawsuit in Chicago’s Cook County Circuit Court against Paramount Pictures. Gabriela Cedillo was hit in the head by a piece of flying metal during the shooting of the movie last month. She can now only mouth words and is unable to walk, according to her brother, Adolfo Romo. Romo said his sister is undergoing treatment at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, but her prognosis for recovery is unclear. The family is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit against the movie studio and Ryerson Inc., a Chicago-based metal distributor.
