The first half of the final chapter of the “Harry Potter” saga will not be coming to theaters in 3D after all. Warner Bros. has decided to forgo the 3D treatment for the first part of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” in order to keep the film’s release date on schedule. It is due out November 19th. The final chapter has two parts, however, and it is expected that the second part, due out July 15th, will get the 3D treatment.
