Leonard
Nimoy is boxing up his Spock ears for good. He attended his final “Star
Trek” convention this past weekend in a Chicago suburb. During the
convention, Nimoy spoke for an hour about his life and career, thanking
fans for their support over the years. He then held up his hand with
four fingers in a V for the Vulcan sign and said Spock’s most famous
phrase: “Live long and prosper.” Nimoy is 80. He told convention
organizers earlier this year this would be his final “Trek” convention.
