Charlie Sheen has reportedly been deemed eligible for work release while he serves a 30-day sentence for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault. Sheen will work at Theatre Aspen in Colorado working with actors as well as helping in the fundraising department and with other jobs around the theatre. He will not accept pay for his work. Sheen will still be considered an inmate at the jail, where he will return every night by 8 p.m. He can leave at 8 a.m. The Pitkin County Sheriff’s Department has agreed to the arrangement, but it still has to be approved by the judge.
