The film has a domestic total of $221.3 million and a worldwide total of $365.3 million off a $110 million budget. The Muppets performed well in its opening weekend, pulling in $29.5 million for the three-day weekend and $42 million for the five-day. The film opened in 3,440 theaters for an $8,576 average. It had a budget of $45 million.
