Lindsay Lohan’s legal team has asked a Florida judge to dismiss charges alleging she stole information from a spray tan company. Lohan’s lawyers denied claims by White Wave International Labs that Lorit – a company for whom Lohan is a spokeswoman – had taken its “secret formula” for their product, Sevin Nyne. “Although I have been a spokesperson for Lorit, LLC, and its Sevin Nyne product, I had no involvement in where or how the Sevin Nyne product is marketed and sold or in the marketing strategy for the product,” Lohan said in a statement.
