A service vehicle at Maine’s Bangor International Airport struck and killed two dogs belonging to John Travolta. The city says the accident happened as the dogs were being walked on the tarmac after an airplane carrying members of Travolta’s family landed on May 13th. An airport spokeswoman said the pets were small dogs. Travolta and his wife, Kelly Preston, own a home on Islesboro, off the coast of Waldo County. The family was headed there from Bangor. It wasn’t clear how many people were traveling with Travolta, an experienced pilot, was flying the plane.
