Donny and Marie Osmond have been sued by a Las Vegas show producer. Chip Lightman claims the siblings forced him to accept a 50% pay decrease or face a breach of contract lawsuit for their show at the Flamingo Hotel. According to the suit, the Osmonds threatened to walk out of their agreement to perform in “The Donnie and Marie Show” until 2012 unless Lightman took the pay cut. Lightman is suing the Osmonds for “unspecified damages for breach of contract, unjust enrichment, fraud and contractual interference.”
