Simpson has finally put baby rumors to rest by confirming that she is
pregnant with her first child. In a statement posted on her official
website yesterday, Simpson announced, “It’s True! I am going to be a
mummy!” alongside a photo of her dressed in a mummy costume for
Halloween. Simpson, 31, is currently engaged to former professional
football player Eric Johnson, 32, whom she has been dating since May
2010. This will be the first child for the couple.
