Cage’s Bel-Air Mansion Sells For $10.5 Million

The Bel-Air, California, home Nicolas Cage lost in foreclosure this year has been sold for $10.5 million. The 1940 Tudor-style mansion – where Dean Martin and Tom Jones had also previously lived – was listed at one point for $35 million. The 11,817-square-foot house features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a swimming pool, a wine cellar and a 35-seat home theater. Cage has been battling financial and tax problems in recent years. He has lost several other homes to foreclosure as well. He is suing his former business manager for allegedly mishandling his money. The manager has filed a counter-suit, claiming the actor spends more than he makes.
