A woman who was rejected from “Britain’s Got Talent” is suing Simon Cowell for public humiliation. Emma Czikai says Cowell was responsible for broadcasting her audition clip, despite writing to him and explaining that health problems had affected her performance. At a pre-hearing review in London, the woman said she filed the case so she could retain her “self-respect and dignity.” She says her performance of Westlife’s “You Raise Me Up” last year was affected by an ailment that caused painful swelling all over the body.
