Her lawyer, Yale Galanter, said she’s in a “facility where she can rest, rest, rest” and get “competent medical care for her mind and body.” He declines to give the name, but says despite her history of drug abuse, she’s not being treated for addiction. Mueller and Sheen are scheduled to appear in an Aspen, Colorado, court on February 8th for a hearing on whether to modify a protective order. The couple got into a Christmas Day fight in Aspen, resulting in domestic violence charges and a protection order against the actor. Mueller subsequently was hospitalized for a severe wisdom tooth infection that led to pneumonia. She was released Monday.
